Why a construction specialist

We know plant — and the lenders who fund it

Right structure for plant

Machinery depreciates and earns differently to other assets. We structure terms around how the kit actually works for your business.

Used & auction assets

Many lenders shy away from older or auction-bought machines. We know the ones who'll fund them, and how to present the deal.

One point of contact

George handles your enquiry end to end — no call centres, no being passed around. You deal with a person who knows your deal.

How it works

From enquiry to funded, in four steps

01

Enquire

Tell us the machine and a rough amount — about a minute, no full application.

02

We approach lenders

We match your deal to suitable lenders from our selected panel and present it properly.

03

Approve & sign

Review your options, get a decision in principle, and sign documents electronically.

04

Funded

Funds are released to the supplier and your machine is on site — earning.

Why use a broker

More options, less hassle — and no impact on your credit to enquire

A single application to your bank means a single answer. We approach a carefully selected panel of lenders on your behalf and handle the legwork.

Whole-of-panel access

We compare across our selected panel rather than a single lender's products.

Enquiring won't affect your credit

An initial enquiry uses a soft approach — no mark on your file to explore options.

Start-ups & new ventures

Newer businesses and limited trading history are considered — talk to us first.

Fast decision in principle

We often turn around an indicative decision quickly so you can move on the asset.

Construction finance FAQs

Yes. Used, ex-demo and auction-purchased machines are all common for us. Some lenders are cautious about older or auction assets, so it helps to use a specialist who knows which funders will support the deal and how to present it.

An initial enquiry is a soft approach and won't leave a mark on your file. A full credit search only happens later, with your consent, once you decide to proceed with a specific lender.

Yes. Newer businesses and those with limited trading history are considered. A deposit or director's guarantee can help, and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic before you apply.

It varies by asset, age and your circumstances. Many deals are arranged with little or no deposit, while a deposit can open up better terms on used or higher-value machines.

A decision in principle is often available quickly. Once documents are signed and any supplier checks complete, funds can typically be released to the supplier within a few working days.

With Hire Purchase you own the machine at the end of the agreement. With a Finance Lease you rent the asset with flexible end-of-term options and spread the VAT across the rentals. We'll recommend the right structure for how you use the kit.
